Our standard NBC option is the American made NBC filter unit, with blast valves, over pressure regulator, back up hand crank, & back up power.
The ANDAIR Swiss made NBC systems use a larger intake system to bring in more air flow, with blast valves and back up hand crank.
Air scrubbers are a great addition to any shelter. This unit allows you to cut off outside air flow for days, or weeks. Comes with scrubber and O2 tanks.
We use an industrial style stair shaft, not a cheap wood/steel mix. These are 100% galvanized steel, and will stand up to a life time of abuse.
Our standard entry rooms are mini shelters all on their own, with floors and storage below. Use them for addition living space if needed.
Our escape shafts are 42" in diameter, giving you plenty of room to move through it and get out in the event your main entrance cannot be used.
We have a two stage safety air delivery system. This allows air flow to come in, and prevent liquids or other debris from clogging the vents. Its a reliable, tamper resistant, system.
Our main living areas are finished with quality materials and paint. Add bathrooms, bunks, and kitchens. We have in house designers to make your shelter feel more like home.
Our convertible bunk room is a great way to utilize limited space. Our bunks can be taken down, and stowed away for additional space, converted into seating, or added on to, to sleep more people.
We have many options for waste control. Gravity fed holding tank placed outside shelter, composting tanks, or grinder pump systems. Keep waste out!
Fresh water is stored inside your shelter. We use custom built holding tanks under the floor with removable bladders for easy clean out and storage.
We plumb our shelters much like you see in RV's with a 12v pressure activated pump system. We can also install hand pumped pressure tanks instead.
A solar kit is always recommended for back up power. Combined this with grid power and batteries, and you will have the power you need to get through most any disaster.
From small to large battery bank systems, we can do it all. Use smaller sealed batteries that can be added on to as needed, or go with larger battery systems that can power your needs for a long time.
Connect your shelter to a pre existing generator, or add on a generator room to your shelter. The gen room is connected to your unit so you can access it without leaving the safety of the shelter.
Our heavy duty blast hatches are coated with a special commercial exterior coating for durability and to prevent rust. The 1/4" thick steel blast hatch lid is coated with Line-X to protect from all weather conditions and corrosion. We build our hatches with a tamper resistant keyed lock with protective cap. This keeps anyone from placing a lock or object in your latch, locking you into your shelter.
